Returns

Many manufactures have stopped excepting returns on parts. Therefore, we have no way of recovering the cost.

Often times, the parts have been opened and need tested to verify that they still are functional which cost money and time.

Some customers think they know what the problem is and find out the part they ordered didn’t fix their machine so they want to return it.

Other customers don’t understand that some parts or machine error messages, need additional steps to get the machine back up and running and give up and want to return the part they ordered.

Most parts are machine specific and the odds of reselling those parts is next to impossible.

Those are just a few of the reasons why we have decided to stop accepting returns on parts. We try to sell these parts at the lowest cost possible, in order to do that, we have decided to adjust or return policy. If you think you have received a defective part, we will do our best to replace the defective part. However, if you order in a part and it is wrong or doesn’t fix your machine, we will no longer be excepting returns.
