Do you Scheduled Appointments?
Yes, we accept appointments. Please call us to schedule an appointment.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We’re closed on Saturdays and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.
What are your service rates?
Rates depend on the type and size of machine. Please call with the machines make and model number to verify rate on repair.
Can we drop the machine off for repair?
Our main store is located in Nappanee Indiana. In Fort Wayne we do not offer this option. We only provide onsite service.
Is there a travel charge?
If it takes over 30 minutes one way to get to your location, then there is a $15 travel charge.
